I always have a few tortillas is the house.
It’s so easy to make.

And tortillas make easy meals.
I usually make wrap salads.

But I found this healthy-ish recipe on Pinterest
(I say -ish because I use tons of cheese)
and thought I’d give it a try.

And it was GOOD!!!
Especially with all that CHEESE!!!

The more I made
the more cheesy it became.

So so gooooood!!!

  1. Yum. You haven't by any wild chance discovered a shop that sells cheap cheese, have you?

PS: I mean “cheap” by Tokyo standards, in other words, merely expensive as opposed to instant-dead-faint expensive.

  2. Ru, you need to head over to Costco! They have all kinds of cheese in approx. 900g block for about 700yen! My sister and I go every once in awhile and we ALWAYS buy cheese…you'd be surprised how much cheese one girl in the city is able to consume 😀

  3. 900g for ¥700?! Sign me up! Shall we have a cheese-eating competition?

Now to persuade The Hero to drive to Costco. Hmm. They don't sell fishing gear as well, do they? 😀

  4. Yes, you may have heard horror stories about Costco and how crowded it is…but it is all worth it. For the cheese! And also, in my case, for the bagels!

And although I have never exactly looked for fishing gear, I wouldn't be surprised if they had a little something for fishermen, too 😀

PS: Cheese-eating competition sounds like the best competition around! Ready, set, EAT!!!
